First Responder Safety Grants

Our core belief is that personal lighting technology will make the world a safer place, allowing you to work with the confidence that a Guardian Angel wearable light has your back. On a mission to develop the most versatile, visible and durable safety light for first responders, we continue to look for new ways to make it easier to get our lights in the hands of those who need projection on the job.

To help your agency fund the purchase of Guardian Angel lights and mounts, we are currently accepting applications for our Law Enforcement Safety Grant Programs and Fire/EMS Safety Grant Programs.

We realize funding is always at a premium for law enforcement agencies as is keeping their officers safe. If you’re interested in our lights, please consider applying for our grant program. We understand there is a significant need for support, and we’re constantly looking for new ways to expand this offering to the law enforcement community.

Apply for our Fire/EMS Safety Grant

Throughout the U.S., many fire departments are supported by volunteers, who put their lives on the line while asking for little in return. Our lights are designed to keep them safe and visible when responding to everything from car fires to chemical spills. Consider applying for our grant program if you’re in need of Guardian Angel lights but don’t currently have the funds to support a purchase.

The ability to see and be seen in low or no-light conditions … is a game changer

Every 5-10 years we see a piece of equipment emerge that we recognize needs to be added to the standard uniform of law enforcement officers nationwide because of its utility and clear impact on making officers more safe. Six years ago it was the tourniquet – to help officers treat themselves or others in the event of a traumatic injury to an extremity. We believe the Guardian Angel Device is that next, new piece of equipment that all officers should be issued. The ability to see and be seen in low or no light conditions, while leaving their hands free to address threats or render aid, is a game changer.
