Helping those who help us daily
The 50 States Tour: First Responder Edition
Raising Men Lawn Care Service is a national nonprofit dedicated to mowing lawns for free for people in need across the U.S. Their latest endeavor? Helping first responders and their families, while raising awareness for heroes in our communities. Given our efforts to support first responders, we’ve partnered with RMLCS to support the tour and assist in their mission.
Lights & Lawnmowers: Raising awareness. Improving safety.
Sound like a weird combo? Let us explain. Rodney Smith Jr., founder of RMLCS, is a stickler for safety (hey, so are we). Each year, while traveling 1,000s of miles around the U.S., he sees numerous first responders working roadside with limited visibility. So, we thought we’d arm him with boxes of our lights to share with first responders he meets each day.
In addition, every GA light bought using code RMLCS, will direct 20% of every sale to RMLCS to help fund their ongoing mission to help first responders and others throughout the U.S. If you’re interested in helping RMLCS, just use the code at checkout.

Tour Tidbits
Helping Heroes
Rodney is mowing lawns for first responders and their families, giving back to those who sacrifice for all us.
Spotlight on Safety
During the tour, RMLCS is working to bring attention to first responder safety, and the risks they take working roadside. As he tours, Rodney will provide GA lights to officers, fire fighters and other emergency personnel he meets.
Get a light & Give Back
For each GA light purchased using code XXX, we’re donating 20% directly to RMLCS to support their ongoing mission.
“Each tour, I travel roughly 15,000 miles, meeting so many first responders. One thing I’ve noticed is when they’re working roadside, especially at night, how difficult it can be to see them. Given how important safety is to me, I was looking for a way to raise awareness but also help them in any way I can.”
