Clip works as shown. I have mine clipped to my external plate carrier and it works great. Haven’t had any issues of it not staying in place.

In my country where the police uniform epaulettes are bigger, this mount helps to fit the GA lights on perfectly.

Recently purchased the clip to put my my reflective vest well the other day it had fallen out of my vest pocket and the two screws on it went flying off it not sure what they are for or what they screwed into but was kind of bummed that it broke.

This clip is bullet proof. Perfect clip for attaching a GA to a belt or leather strap, does not come off. For attaching to something like a mic tab or a MOLLE vest, one of the other available clips would be a better option

Universal Clip Mount with Magnetic Mount appears sturdy, but it was delivered with both hex nuts missing. The screws are not secured to the mount. I’m unable to use this product. Guardian Angel device however is awesome and I have no complaints.

Right out of the box, the first impression was that this clip is SOLID. The metal clip yields just enough to slip a strap through and the magnetic hold to my light is super strong. I wish everything was built as robust as this clip.

Just added 1 of these to my fire helmet and 1 to my radio strap. The magnet is so strong I can pick up my helmet by the Guardian Angel device (not the mount).
My visibility to others on roadways and in smoky conditions is so much better thanks to the GA and this clip. Definitely worth the money.

The spring steel is so stiff it’s almost unusable. Thought I would be able to slide it onto my leather belt or feed the belt through the steel clip. Ain’t no way it is gonna happen. Grrrrrrr

I purchased the universal after my chief issued all of his officers lights. Its perfect for when I have to respond from my house on call outs. I can attach ut to the bill of my hat when I process crime scenes. It’s an awesome item.
