I received this mount with a recent GA light order. This might be the “must-have” accessory for most users. It’s quality is what we’ve come to expect from GA. The clip itself is strong and sturdy, and the “gripper” teeth on the arm make for a very secure mount. The magnet is strong and easy to use. You can mount your GA light to this clip in four directions to direct your light in the desired direction. (Diagonal mounting might be nice in some instances, but so far, the four “cardinal” directions have worked for me.) You can easily clip this to your belt (great for walking/running or even cycling as an adjunct light) in the civilian world, on your belt at a scene as a first responder, particularly in plainclothes, on a back pack or medical pack carrying or hand strap, onto a molle mount on a pack so equipped, on a visor in your car, and much more. Well built, versatile, gives you many mounting options. What more could you want? I may get a couple more so I can leave a couple “permanently” attached to my backpack and medical bag, moving a light from one to the other as needed without having to reclaim each time.

With this clip it’s easy to clip just about anywhere, hat, sleeve, belt, shoulder strap just to name a few. Still the same strong rare eearth magnet.

Previous ‘shirt clip’ style mount was unusable for uniform shoulder straps due to width. This gator style fixes that problem. However it is still imperfect due to being a narrow design but still thick, creating an unstable teeter left and right. Best way to wear on shoulder is to face the jaw backwards and the spring in the front. Improvement for shoulder use, but still imperfect.

The jaw clip is super easy to work with you can clip it literally anywhere and it stays hanging perfectly fine I personally use it on my sleeve of my shirt or The pocket of my pants It my 2nd device that I wear on the road

I also have the universal clip. This is a must have for anyone that owns the guardian angel device. Actually, this has become part of my EDC- my question would be, why don’t you have this accessory?
