Infrared Hybrid Red/Blue Wearable Safety Light

I use the device while on patrol (police officer/graveyard shift). My favorite part of this device is the lamp (red light/night and white). I mount this device on my right shoulder. The magnet is strong, though I recommend using a clip mount and then screw the device to the mount because otherwise the device twists around easily. The lights are bright! The red/blue flashers are fantastic, though I hopefully never have to use them. My purpose for use is for visibility in the event of a foot chase. Otherwise, the front facing light(s) work perfectly for taking notes et al.

This is a great product when you need some more visibility for safety. They work great while conducting traffic control and complement the uniform with a useful light while on patrol.

This is my second Guardian Angel device that I’ve purchased. I gifted my last one to a buddy of mine to use at work and decoded to buy this upgraded version with the IR safety light. As Military Police in the Navy this device has been extremely helpful while on night shift from foot patrols, traffic stops and responding to any areas not well illuminated. I love the handsfree aspect of this light and the variety of light patterns available to use. The IR capability for night vision is an amazing step up to make sure you’re visible when you need to be. I highly recommend this device!

What I like: It’s built with tough and rugged quality materials. Although I have limited experience field testing it, I can tell you it has a lot of use and utility.

I work night shift at a large Sheriffs Office. The guardian Angel device has a ton of value, on and off duty.

The build quality is phenomenal, and the battery lasts days if not weeks when used periodically on a full charge.

I use my device for hands free searches, reading ID’s, showing drivers where I am on traffic crashes, and it helps me be a LOT more visible at night during traffic stops. Bonus tip, turn the brightness down and you can entertain little ones who may be trying to distract you while you conduct an interview.

Everyone on my squad always asks where I got it and how do I like it; It’s always the same answer, I LOVE IT.

For LEOs going between the red/blue model with and without IR, I recommend the model without IR to save a little bit of money. I like having it because we have aviation and it’s nice to be able to be seen under NV if necessary.

That being said, both are a great value and they are both identical other wise.

The white LED lights are not bright enough. Everything thing else works as described. But not enough light for a headlight.

Had a colleague recommend this product and personally saw it in action when the said colleague was doing inventory on a car on the side of the highway after a DWI arrest. Vehicle was heading our direction and not moving over/slowing down and as soon as the driver saw the Guardian Angel Device on his shoulder they swerved into the next lane to avoid hitting us. I knew I needed one after that as much as I work highway at night. Received my product extremely fast (way faster than expected) and immediately put it to use, the “takedowns” or front light function is extremely bright and lights up the entire front portion of the vehicle so that I don’t have to hold a flashlight anymore. I love it so far and am excited to see how much safer it can make my job.

Great light for being out on the highway. I would recommend this device to anyone who needs high visibility in low light. Great piece of equipment.

Well I picked up my Elite Guardian from my courier just two hours before my night shift.
I was only able to get an hour charge on it prior to leaving home.
Whilst on duty on this particularly wet and thunderous evening, my first job came in as a single vehicle wreck; exactly at sun down. Pinned in a corner with no street lights and slick road conditions, my Elite Guardian was put to the test immediately.
I must say with the waterproof rating, brightness control, and absolute superb build quality. I was utterly impressed. My Guardian Angel Device has a permanent place on my duty kit. I highly recommend this product for everyday use. It deserves every star of my 5 Star review!

This device is incredible and it has a sturdy build. The lights have 3 levels of brightness and at its brightest level they are great. The magnet is strong and the accessories, of which I have 2, are just as strong. It is light weight and doesn’t interfere in my daily routine/movements (I wear it on my shoulder). Various light color configurations means it can be used in a variety of professions. I also made a video review on this site about the Guardian Angel, so if you have a chance give it a play.
