Visibility on a recumbent trike is not easy to achieve, especially when riding on roads rather than trails. This is the brightest and most versatile light I’ve owned. My neighbors tell me visibility is excellent, without being too bright. I would hope future technology would allow more battery life. Also, instructions could be a little clearer for helmet mounts, written for cyclists as well as firemen.

I love my Guardian Angel and it rides on my shoulder every day. The warning lights keep me visible on the road. The work light is bright and keeps my hands free as I work on my patients and highly recommend it. The functions are easy to use and can be activated without looking. Great device

This is probably the coolest light Ive ever seen. I purchased it for my 28lb Beagle. Its a little to large and have for him but I will be keeping this for myself and get the smaller one. We have a place in upstate NY and this will be great on night hikes.

Great product that allows me to utilize both hands both still illuminate what’s in front of me. Red light feature is nice for reading in a vehicle without straining the eyes.

The Guardian Angel was a great investment for a compact reliable light. I love the fact that it is rechargeable and that it can fit on my radio strap. This not only helps to make me more visible, but helps me see inside scenes and medical calls without holding a light. I use the front facing light the most for day to day operations. After guys around the fire house saw that I got one, everyone is now thinking about investing in one as well. Thank you for a great product that is both durable and affordable!

I use the red/white to alert traffic when doing recoveries, but also the solid white setting makes for an excellent scene light. The ability to stick them on any metal surface means you can get light where you need it. This color combo makes for a very versatile light. These things are bulletproof, highly recommended.

This is my second GA. My first one was stolen from FR jacket. It is just a solidly visible device for work at night whether on a FR call or walking the dog in winter when sunset so early. I love the new arm strap. It stays right in place on my arm when in use.

Can rear light be red and flash while front light is steady white? I want on bicycle helmet or arm strap.

Thanks for the question Randall. Yes, the front white can be steady on and the rear red color can flash. Any easy way to get to this mode is to hold the small Work Light button in the front for 2 seconds. Hope this helps, stay safe!

As many that use these, I work in the fire service and I wanted the added visibility while on scenes. I use it at night and during the day and my crew always comments how bright it is and that it really stands out. They have also come to love the added light it gives in dark homes on medical calls. I would recommend this to anyone that works on or near a roadway or where they need added visibility and to add light to see what they are doing while in low light conditions.

I was working a SAR call when I got convinced to pick one of these up. Our missing person had one clipped to their hat and we were able to see it flashing from miles away. Helped the team get right to him. On receiving mine (which I use for EMS) I was impressed with how solid it feels, how easy it is to operate, and how fun it is to play with.

This product has got to be the best safety device added to the first responder tool box in many years. Being in a rural area not only does it offer personal protection but it is a great locator for hard to find hydrants, driveways etc. The versatility of this product is exactly what we as responders need in a fast changing work environment and at an affordable price in an era of high prices on our most basic goods. You can see the lights for a very long distance and it gives motorists or other responders early and easy viewing. I’ll definitely be adding these to our responders basic PPE. I purchased the first version of these lights several years ago. I have been using them regularly for so long that the batteries were having difficulty holding a charge (as all batteries do) so I decided to get a new one. This current version is much brighter and has more light pattern options other than “on” and “flashing”, which I like.
I’ve been working as a paramedic for almost 30 years and my philosophy for your equipment is “buy nice or buy twice”. I am excited to utilize this light for the next several years.
