This was my second clip of the same generation.. my first one lasted longer (about a year) before it snapped in two… the second one, I had only worn on my uniform for about a month before it also snapped.. I see why this product is on clearance, but I wish I would have realized it before ordering another one of the same generation.

Needed a secure clip to attach the GA light to my outer carrier. Have lost 3 GA lights prior to finding this clip. So far….so good!

I’ve been law enforcement and on the road for 20 years now and most of those years on night shifts. I’ve always had some type of flashlight on my shoulder strap for nighttime paperwork and whatnot. The flashlights were always hard to aim correctly to make them light up what I needed, just difficult to maneuver. Not with this clip! This clip goes on and off (intentionally) very easy. The GA light stays fixed on the clip even through aggressive movement. The angle of the GA light makes the forward flood light very useful but keeps the rear emergency light life saving. The GA light with this clip is a perfect combination for your uniform and a must have if you’re on nights!

Works awesome on my outer carrier, the way it fits on the epaulet, it has a slight ward downward angle which is perfect for the front light when I need hands free. Can’t imagine working nights without this.

This attaches perfect to the epaulets on both of my work uniforms. Allows me to have ample lightning in front and warning lights pointed straight back without twisting from side to side. Also great for my radio strap at the station to have 360 lighting. Solid ca=lamp and easily secured.

I have been using the guardian angel for three years and absolutely love it! I work nights and do a lot of interdiction and narcotics work. This light lets me keep my hands free while working which is huge. I have always used the original magnet that came with it. However, my department recently changed to outer carriers and load bearing vests. With the load bearing vest there is a large should strap that makes the magnet come off easier than before. But like everything else with this product, guardian angel had a solution. I got this clip for the epaulette almost two weeks ago and it works perfectly. At this rate, I’m convinced they have truly thought of it all. If you are on the fence as to whether or not you should get this light, DO IT. It is a great investment that I think everyone in law enforcement should have.

this clip is small and fixed, it has a good grip and it holds very well where you place it with very little movement, it is very practical because you can stick it on the vest or anywhere that has a strap, it has a strong superior magnetism that protects that the light goes out easily.

I bought my GA early this year and also the clip mount. I love this clip because when your chasing a suspect it will not fall off. My department started buying the officers GA and went ahead and bought 3 of them for a few of my buddy’s that I work with. They advised it’s better than the one the department bought.

After having my guardian angel for almost 2 years the mount cracked. Ordered a new one and a couple of the old style. Very happy with the products. It works great and feel it has improved my safety while working around traffic.

This product is great in all aspects the magnet is super strong, but if you are in a foot case or having to hang upside down in an overturned vehicle trying to pull a victim out it could catch on something or come dislodged but it will take a lot with just the magnetic hold it has. But adding the snap clip will in sure it’s not coming off unless you lose your shrift completely. This will attach to other locations as well. I have also seen in the last where it has caught onto an object and the person’s body weight has broken the clip. But after calling GA and letting them know the issue they have replaced it at no cost. They have wonderful customer service something that is rarely seen in this day in age. One of the best attachments I have bought.

Works really great. The default magnet when you first buy it is secure as well, but this is icing on the cake. This baby does not move an inch, it’s very good if your getting into a foot pursuit! Only issue, is that it can sometimes suck trying to take it off

So a week of having the clip attachment for the Gaurdian Angel I got in a foot chase and ended up tackling and wrestling the suspect. During the altercation the guardian angel never once budged and stayed on the entire time while wrestling the suspect. Definitely recommend this to anyone having trouble keeping the guardian angel device on your shoulder.

I purchased this attachment for my uniform and this mount is a beast. It fits perfectly on my Epaulet. I put the light on the epaulet and the very first night it was put to the test. Well it’s happening to detain an unruly prisoner, this light in the mount held strong. It allows for rotation of the light for varying conditions as well. Great product! 5 stars. Would definitely recommend.

This is the best mount if your putting it on your shoulder epaulets hands down, no question. Clip locks onto itself and the light magnets to the clip. I left the screws out and use the lanyard in case it falls off. It has never fallen off. I can remove it from my should in seconds and attach it to my jacket if needed. Really effortless but the extra security of the locking clip makes this the best mount for epaulets.
